How a public signal becomes your next job.
Homeowners file permits and storms hit roofs. Both end up in public records. We read those records every week and give you the homes worth calling first.
- A signal is filed
A re-roof or HVAC permit, or a hail or wind report, goes on public record.
- We score the home
0–100. Fresh replacement work and recent storms score highest.
- Your list lands Monday
A CSV in your inbox. Trigger also pushes it to GoHighLevel.
- You reach out first
Door hanger, mailer or a visit, with the reason in hand. You run the outreach.
One new roof permit points to the next 25 jobs.
A new roof permit is a signal: we list the ~25 older homes around it with no recent roof permit, scored and ready for door knocking, mailers or calls.
This is what lands in your inbox.
